As the pink of October fades away, the white of lung cancer awareness month dawns. What the public has failed to realize this past month is that another women's cancer - lung cancer - needs equal attention. Lung cancer kills more women than breast cancer. More non-smoking women die from lung cancer than breast cancer each year. And while rate of breast cancer hasn't changed much in recent years, the rate of lung cancer in young women is increasing.
