Yoga for People with Cancer--One Way to Fight Fatigue

In the past few years there have been several studies evaluating benefits of yoga for people with cancer, and coping with fatigue appears to be one of them.  I have to smile, because when someone first suggested yoga to me when I was going through cancer treatment my response was, "I'm too tired."  You don't need to join a class or even get in the car.  If your doctor says it's okay for you to try yoga, many people start with a home video for gentle yoga or even a Youtube video.  Read more
