A Little Sugar and Fat Is OK for Kids
This week’s new recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics are emphasizing a more flexible approach to nutrition: if your kids won’t eat healthier whole foods unless you add a little fat or sugar, then you should go right ahead.

Basically, parents shouldn’t focus solely on cutting out “bad” foods from their kids’ diets, but rather on using them judiciously to help make healthy food palatable. So how should you go about it?
